U.S. Airmen assigned to the 509th Bomb Wing attend the 2025 Omaha Trophy presentation ceremony at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, May 26, 2026. The trophy was presented to the 509th BW by U.S. Navy Adm. Rich Correll, commander, U.S. Strategic Command, and U.S. Sen. Rita Sanders, R-NE and Strategic Command Consultation Committee member, for the category of best strategic bomber wing.
