A new bridge spans Resurrection Creek June 23, 2026, on the Chugach National Forest near Anchorage, Alaska, built as part of the Resurrection Creek Restoration Project. The construction is part of the Resurrection Creek Restoration Project, a collaborative partnership between the Forest Service, non-profit organizations, and private industry to restore historical watershed functions, enhance salmon spawning habitat, and reclaim past mining corridors on the Chugach National Forest.
