    A Soldier and Airman, assigned to the Oregon National Guard's 102nd CERFP (CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package), conduct a high angle rope extraction of a simulated casualty during Collective Training Exercise FY26 (CTE26) at Camp Rilea, Oregon, June 28, 2026.
