John Gilliam, deputy commanding general of support for Joint Task Force-Southern Border (JTF–SB) in support of Operation Ardent Vanguard, speaks at a transfer of authority ceremony on 1st Lt. Paul A. Gilliam spoke about the efforts of the 326th Engineer Battalion and the new assumption of responsibility of the 62nd Engineer Battalion as they take over the JTF-SB mission.
