U.S. Army Soldiers from the 108th Army Band give hands-on demonstrations of their instruments to an audience of Kazakh citizens June 29, 2026 at the American Corner and Makerspace Almaty in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The 108th Army Band conducted a musical performance followed by a "question and answer" session with an audience of high school and college students, and alumni of the Future Leaders Exchange program. Organized as part of the United States' Freedom 250 celebrations, this outreach event highlights the critical role of the American Corner network in connecting U.S. service members with the next generation of Kazakh leaders.
