    Teresa Todd, wife of retired Rear Adm. Gregory Todd, former Chief of Navy Chaplains, lays a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery, [DATE]. The wreath honored Navy Chaplain Corps spouses and recognized their steadfast support of religious ministry to service members and their families. Todd was joined by Amanda Butucel, wife of Religious Program Specialist Master Chief Peter Butucel, senior enlisted leader to the Chief of Navy Chaplains, and Rosslyn Weigelt, wife of Brian Weigelt, executive assistant to the Chief of Navy Chaplains.
