District of Columbia National Guard, Multi-Agency Augmentation Command, holds change of command ceremony, for out-going commander, Col. Christopher York and incoming commander, Col. John Leak, in the D.C. Armory, Washington, on June 28, 2026. The ceremony was hosted by Brig. Gen. Craig M. Maceri. During the ceremony, the incoming and outgoing commanders were honored for their service by their family, friends and fellow service members.
