FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 16, 2026) — Rear Adm. Damien Flatt, Commander, Naval Legal Service Command, awards Capt. Matthew Sklerov, commanding officer for Region Legal Service Office (RLSO) Western Pacific (WESTPAC), the Legion of Merit Medal during the RLSO WESTPAC change of command ceremony at Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s Adm.
