YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 26, 2026) - Master at Arms Seaman Dominick Zapata accepts his Certificate of Permanent Appointment to the rank of Master at Arms 3rd Class from Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Acting Command Master Chief, Master Chief Master at Arms Anwar Blakely during an awards at quarters in the Fleet Theater. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
