WASHINGTON (June 25, 2026) – William F. Mahan, Performing the Duties of Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition, addresses congressional and maritime industry leaders during the Congressional Shipbuilding Caucus breakfast on Capitol Hill.
