U.S. Air Force Col. Christopher Robinson, 81st Training Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. As a junior controller, Fennell completed a major command commander critical information requirements voice notification in 13 minutes, surpassing the 30-minute standard, and submitted the hard-copy report 1 hour and 23 minutes ahead of the deadline. Fennell proactively performed duties assigned to the noncommissioned officer in charge of command and control operations and quality controlled 14 checklists identifying and correcting eight discrepancies resulting in two successful command and control actions during two wing level exercises.
