Ewell Hollis, out-going commanding officer, Expeditionary Medical Faciility (EMF) Juliet, recieves a gift on behalf of the ward room during a change of command ceremony for EMF Juliet at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), June 24, 2026. Marked by time-honored military traditions, the EMF Juliet change of command was a distinguished event that united family, friends, regional leadership, and the command's own Sailors. During the formal ceremony hosted at Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Portsmouth, Capt. Ewell Hollis officially relinquished command to Capt.
