A military ceremony is taking place inside what appears to be an armory or military facility. Several soldiers in Army Combat Uniforms (ACUs) are rendering salutes while a civilian in a suit places his hand over his heart, likely during the playing of the National Anthem or Pledge of Allegiance. A guidon bearing the number '419' and 'HQ' markings is being held by one of the soldiers.
