U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence host the 251st Army Birthday Ball in San Antonio, Texas, June 13, 2026. The annual event commemorates the founding the U.S. Army in 1775. Birthday events celebrate the history and heritage of the U.S. Army from the Revolutionary War to present. Honored guests included guest speaker, Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Jim McCloughan, civic leaders from San Antonio who celebrated with over 600 Soldiers, veterans and family members.
