Sailors assigned to the hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) participate in stretcher bearer training during the quarterly Mercy Exercise (MERCEX) 26-3 at Naval Medical Center San Diego, June 15. The evolution highlights critical integration and readiness training between reduced operating status (ROS) and full operating status (FOS) Sailors, supporting Navy Medicine’s line of effort to deliver and sustain whole ready naval medical forces.
