    Sailors assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Bethesda, run to provide emergency medical care to an injured Sailor during a field assessment as part of the Corpsman Skills Sustainment Program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Apr. 13, 2026. The Corpsman Skills Sustainment Program’s mission is to provide corpsman with consistent, hands-on, training the reinforces medical knowledge and enhance readiness. NMRTC Bethesda mission is to maximize warfighter performance through optimized medical readiness tailored to operational requirements; enhance the readiness of the medical force to sustain expeditionary medical capability; and train and develop the Navy Medicine Force.
