Brig. Gen. Miodrag Vuksanović, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Montenegro, presents a military coin to U.S. Air Force Col. Sarah Clapp, 101st Air Refueling Wing Commander, at the 101st ARW in Bangor, Maine, June 9th, 2026. Vuksanović visited the installation to discuss ongoing military cooperation and interoperability as part of the Department of Defense National Guard Bureau State Partnership Program, which has paired the Maine National Guard with Montenegro since 2006.
