    APRA HARBOR, Guam (June 4, 2026) Sailors from Naval Base Guam Security Forces challenge a contact of interest during a simulated small boat probe attack as a part of Exercise Citadel Protect in Apra Harbor, June 4. Exercise Citadel Protect involves various training scenarios that replicate real-world events, and is designed to enhance the readiness of Navy security forces to respond to threats to installations and units.
