U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Jason Girvin, 439th Mission Support Group talent management consultant, works on a laptop connected to a live network during the Innovative Readiness Training program’s Cyber Guam 2026 training activity in Hagåtña, Guam, June 1, 2026. Girvin, as part of the assessments team, worked on assessing the Government of Guam’s cybersecurity needs and provided courses of action for physical and logical network improvements. The IRT program provided service members with hands-on experience working on real-world servers and networks while supporting cybersecurity efforts and enhancing critical infrastructure for community partners.
