CAMP JOSEPH T. ROBINSON, North Little Rock, Ark. — Twenty Soldiers assigned to the Arkansas Army National Guard's 87th Troop Command were inducted into the Noncommissioned Officer Corps during an NCO Induction Ceremony held June 10, 2026.
The ceremony was led by Command Sgt. Maj. Crawford and featured remarks from Command Sgt. Maj. Stark, Command Sergeant Major of the Arkansas Army National Guard, who shared words of wisdom and encouragement with the newly inducted NCOs. The NCO Charge was administered by Command Sgt. Maj. Luzzi, while Master Sgt. Hughley-Sadler served as the master of ceremonies.
The NCO Induction Ceremony is a time-honored tradition that signifies a Soldier's acceptance into the Corps of Noncommissioned Officers. The event reinforces the responsibilities and expectations placed upon NCOs as leaders entrusted with the welfare, training, readiness, and professional development of Soldiers.
