The concert was hosted by the Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Daryl Caudle. Chief Musician Maia Rodriguez, from Cleveland, Ohio, and Musician 1st Class Kathryn Dobyns, from Fredericksburg, Va., perform Gloria Estefan's "Conga" as a vocal duet while dancing the conga.
