U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Carlos A. Ruiz, the 20th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, visits 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, June 10, 2026. During his visit, Ruiz participated in a physical training session with E-8s and E-9s, spoke to Marines attending Lance Corporal Seminar, received a brief from Marine Wing Communications Squadron 28, and spoke to gunnery sergeants during a town hall.
