Jacob Horning, facilities manager for Delta 10, celebrate the renovation of a new facility, Building 991, at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, with a ribbon cutting ceremony June 5, 2026. The renovation modernized more than 11,000 square feet of workspace to support Delta 10 with mission planning, collaboration and war-gaming operations. The facility brings together Guardians from the 10th Force Development Squadron and the 10th Delta Operations Squadron, giving them a shared space to collaborate, plan and advance analytical and experiential wargaming for the service.
