Members of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate's (AFSAC), Foreign Liaison Officer (FLO) program, and their spouses, gathered for an International Reception at the historic Hope Hotel, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, May 8, 2026. The AFSAC/FLO program’s motto is Conjunctis Viribus meaning “with united powers or with connected strength” which emphasizes teamwork and a combined effort to achieve a common goal.
