Please join us in congratulating Lt. Col. Frances Young on the successful completion of her command of the 586th Field Hospital, 531st Hospital Center, during a change of command ceremony held June 3, where command was passed to Lt. Col. Jason Constantineau.
We thank Lt. Col. Young for her leadership, dedication, and service throughout her time in command. We wish her and her family continued success and happiness in their next chapter.
