U.S. Air Force Col. Christopher Robinson, 81st Training Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Ryan Taylor, 81st TRW command chief, presents a certificate to Staff Sgt. Cassidi Lynch, 334th Training Squadron instructor, during the Warrior of the Week presentation at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, June 3, 2026. Lynch, an instructor for the airfield management apprentice course, delivered an average of 168 hours per month of “Focused Training” to Total Force Airmen. Additionally, as the squadron booster club president, she delivered “Installation Excellence” by hosting multiple quality of life events and initiatives for members of the 334th TRS. Lynch is also a shelter management team lead, ensuring “Ready Airman” for the upcoming hurricane season. She is working towards her second Community College of the Air Force degree in Instructor of Technology and Military Science, Master Instructor, and is training for her first marathon in January 2027.
