U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Stephanie L. Bukowski, 350th Recruiting Squadron commander, renders her first salute as commander of the 350 RCS to Col. Sean Fellows, 376th Recruiting Group commander, during an Assumption of Command ceremony in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, June 2, 2026. Bukowski now commands 12 flights throughout 21 states in the Northeastern United States, will manage a $675,000 annual budget, the accession of more than 2,000 Reserve Airmen annually in the 350 RCS; comprised of 96 military and 10 civilian personnel, 66 recruiting offices, 14 Military Entrance Processing Stations in an area of operations that spans 588,310 square miles.
