Lt. Col. Jennifer Mitchell passes the unit guidon of the 1194th Engineer Company to 1st Lt. Jared Hoffman July 12 at Camp Sherman in Chillicothe. The passing of the guidon is a ceremonial transfer of command from one commander to the next. Hoffman assumes command of the Chillicothe-based National Guard unit from Capt.
