During a recent visit to Grafenwöhr Training Area, Germany, U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Mark Morgan, senior enlisted leader for Security Assistance Group–Ukraine, presents a coin to Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Shepard, assigned to Joint Multinational Training Group - Ukraine, 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Mountain), in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the mission.
Joint Multinational Training Group–Ukraine provides training and advisory support to strengthen operational effectiveness and the long-term development of partner force capabilities through innovation and readiness. Under the guidance of U.S. European Command, U.S. Army Europe and Africa, and Security Assistance Group–Ukraine, the 7th Army Training Command and Joint Multinational Training Group–Ukraine lead training efforts at Grafenwöhr Training Area.
