U.S. Soldiers assigned to the Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Armored Division, conduct a Memorial Day Murph hosted by the CAB Holistic Health and Fitness team at Fort Bliss, Texas, May 21, 2026. The Murph, consisting of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and ending in another one-mile run, was conducted to honor U.S. Navy SEAL Lt.
