Director of the U.S. Naval War College (NWC) Naval Staff College speaks with Mexican Navy Director of the Naval War College at the Centro de Estudios Superiores Navales (CESNAV) Rear Adm. Jose Manuel Murguia Alvarado during a tour onboard Naval Station Newport, May 19, 2026. Staff, students and faculty of CESNAV engaged with key NWC faculty in a series of discussions and briefs regarding the past, present and future state of naval warfare.
