WASHINGTON (May 15, 2026) – Capt. Christopher Breckenridge, director of Force Protection for Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), and Col. Byron “B” Bailey, Chief of Police, Headquarters, Naval District Washington - NSAW, cut a ceremonial cake during the inaugural NSAW Navy Security Force (NSF) Memorial and Celebration at the National Museum of the U.S. Navy.
