KITTERY, ME. (May 15, 2026) —Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, held a change of command ceremony for the USS North Dakota (SSN 784) where Cmdr. Trey Kennard was relieved by Cmdr. Christopher Marolt as Commanding Officer, North Dakota. Presiding over the ceremony was Commodore, Submarine Squadron Two, Capt. Jason Deichler. The guest speaker is Capt. Michael Hollenbach.
