Mongolian Army Command Sgt. Maj. Munkh-Erdene Lkhaasuren inspects a dive helmet used by U.S. Army Combat Divers after receiving a brief during a Senior Enlisted Leader Forum tour of a U.S. Army Logistics Support Vessel, May 12, 2026, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. The tour, a part of the Land Forces Pacific Symposium and Exposition, learned that they can send their service members to the dive school as U.S. allies. The SELF explores how senior NCOs can champion innovation, facilitate adaptability, and cultivate a culture of modernization within their units.
