BREMERTON, Wash. – Sailors assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Bremerton sharpen their tactical combat casualty care skills during a tabletop exercise, May 12, 2026. The scenario-based training challenged Sailors to manage multiple casualties following a simulated mortar attack in a cold-weather environment, using the massive hemorrhage, airway, respiration, circulation and head/hypothermia (MARCH) assessment protocol.
