YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 11, 2026) — Capt. Jon Hopkins, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), exchanges business cards with Japan Coast Guard Rear Adm. Makoto Tatsumiya, chief of Yokosuka Coast Guard Office, during an office call at building C-2, CFAY headquarters, May 11, 2026. For more than 80 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
