YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 8, 2026) — Capt. Jon Hopkins, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), left, and Momoya Harris, CFAY’s Fleet and Family Readiness Director, cut a cake during a volunteer appreciation ceremony at CFAY’s Community Resource Center, May 8, 2026. For more than 80 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
