A TCCC FINEX places Sailors in realistic, high-stress combat scenarios where they must apply lifesaving skills such as care under fire, tactical field care, and tactical evacuation procedures. This hands-on-training strengthens warfighting and operational readiness by ensuring medical personnel can perform effectively in combat.
