PACIFIC OCEAN (April 20, 2026) – U.S. Navy Quartermaster 3rd Class Scottasia Manns, assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS John Paul Jones (DDG 53), takes a final examination to become a qualified navigation watch stander, April, 20, 2026.
