Hawaii National Guard Airmen assigned to the 154th Communication Squadron set up a 7-800 megahertz antenna as part of their joint incident site communications capability during a collective training exercise between Army and Air National Guard elements in Kalaeloa, Hawaii, May 6, 2026. This exercise was designed to evaluate the readiness and response capabilities of the 93rd Chemical, Biological, Radiological Nuclear and Explosives Enhanced Response Force Package, which includes command and control, mass casualty decontamination, search and extraction, joint communications, medical triage and treatment, and fatality search and recovery functions by both Army and Air National Guard elements.
