Joshua Strubeck pins a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal on Logistics Specialist 1st Class Kokou Kossi during a presentation for his retirement held on the quarterdeck, March 19, 2026. Kossi retires with 22 years of Naval service. NRC Miami generates mobilization readiness in support of Joint Forces deployed globally by providing Reserve Component expertise, administrative services, and training to over 550 Select Reservists.
