Francis Bloodgood Hall, whose rank was simply Army chaplain, was a Union Army chaplain during the Civil War. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for action on May 3, 1863, at the Battle of Salem Church, Fredericksburg, Virginia, while serving with the 16th New York Volunteer Infantry Regiment.
