U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command and Philippine Air Force special operators conduct a brief in preparation for a full mission profile during Exercise Balikatan 2026 at Cerab, Philippines, April 30, 2026. This FMP validated the combined force’s ability to integrate capabilities and execute crisis and contingency response operations in theater. Balikatan is a longstanding annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. military that represents the strength of our alliance, improves our capable combined force, and demonstrates our commitment to regional peace and prosperity.
