U.S. Airmen assigned to the 92nd Air Refueling Wing gather for a group photo following the final field training exercise of Iron Ascent at Nighthawk Range in Ford, Washington, May 1, 2026. Iron Ascent was a three-day training exercise designed to sharpen tactical proficiency and combat readiness through a combination of classroom instruction and practical field execution. After three days of rigorous physical and tactical testing, the graduates are better prepared to support operational missions and lead their peers in high-stress environments.
