Under red, purple, and green lights, Soldiers from 1/502nd Infantry Regiment, 1/506th Infantry Regiment, and the 531st Hospital Center took part in Delayed Evacuation Casualty Management (DECM) training led by our Education & Staff Development (ESD) team.
Flashing lights and sensory overload help simulate the chaos of the battlefield, pushing teams to stay focused, communicate clearly, and deliver lifesaving care when it matters most.
Because in combat, it won’t be quiet—and it won’t be easy, but our Fort Campbell Soldiers will stand ready to deliver trusted care when it matters most.
