Romanian Air Force Lt. Gen. Leonard-Gabriel Baraboi, chief of the Romanian Air Force, and U.S. Air Force Col. He also met with Romanian instructors, student pilots and support personnel assigned to the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program.
