U.S. Navy Ensign Elliot Mcgauly, from Louisiana, fires an M240B machine gun during a live-fire exercise on the bridge wing aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89), in the Western Pacific Ocean, April 15, 2026. Mustin is forward-deployed and assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest DESRON and U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
