During a ceremony April 29, Fort Bragg Garrison Commander Col. Chad Mixon (center) and Command Sgt. Maj. Daniel Scott (left) presented the Civilian Service Commendation Medal to Edward Milligan (right) for outstanding service as a Management Analyst in the Plans, Analysis and Integration Office. As the Program Manager for the Installation Status Report and the Interactive Customer Evaluation portfolios, Milligan’s tireless efforts ensured outstanding base operations services and one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the Army.
