VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Senior Students from Oscar Smith High School had the opportunity to tour expeditionary fast transport vessel USNS Point Loma (EPF 15), led by Ship Master, Capt. TJ Pekin, onboard Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, April 30. The tour was part of the school’s Merchant Marine Senior Program who partners with Military Sealift Command to support prospective future Civil Service Mariners in learning about maritime career opportunities.
