U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Paul Trower, the commanding officer of 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, Recruit Training Regiment, gives his remarks to families and loved ones following the company motivational run at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, April 23, 2026. The company motivational run is a three-mile cadence run conducted around the Depot and is the last physical training event the Marines will conduct before they graduate from MCRD San Diego.
